Scott brings with him more than 20 years of experience in building, leading, and coaching talent teams across the healthcare landscape—from placing physicians and advanced practitioners to overseeing full recruitment departments during times of explosive growth.

Throughout his career, Scott has focused on people-first strategies that not only fill roles but create long-term value for organizations. He’s been instrumental in building centralized recruitment operations from the ground up, designing onboarding workflows that enhance candidate experience, and partnering with leadership to align hiring with strategic business goals. His accomplishments—like scaling a team from 19 to 83 centers or reducing recruitment costs by over a million dollars—are proof of his ability to deliver results.
