(Greenhouse Vascular Center) Dr. Hampole completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in J.J.M Medical College, India. He later moved to Chicago, Illinois where he completed Internal Medicine training at Cook County Hospital. During residency, he received ‘Clinical Excellence Award’ for outstanding patient care. Following this, he went on to serve as Chief Resident at Mount Sinai Hospital, Chicago. As a chief resident, he enjoyed teaching medical students and residents and was also able to streamline the ‘Patients Discharge Module’ and conduct board review for internal medicine residents. He then went on to pursue fellowship in Nephrology at University of Illinois, Chicago. For his efforts, he was awarded the Administrative Chief Fellow for the academic year of 2015-16. Dr. Hampole’s clinical interests include acute glomerulonephritis, hypertensive disorders, dialysis and interventional nephrology procedures. He is a member of Texas Medical Association, American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, American Society of Nephrology and Renal Physicians Association.
