Celebrating the Opening of Our Newest Clinic: North Mississippi Vascular Care
Here at American Vascular Associates, we’re proud to announce the official opening of our newest practice on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022: North Mississippi Vascular Care!
Located in Columbus, MS, North Mississippi Vascular Care offers a unique blend of state-of-the-art technology and individualized treatment plans. Thus, patients in Columbus, MS and the surrounding communities will find both accessible and affordable outpatient vascular care in their local area.
At Northern Mississippi Vascular Care, patients can trust that the team’s ability to provide them with industry-leading diagnostic methods and state-of-the-art treatment options is only the beginning.
Together, the practice team remains dedicated to working as one comprehensive team with both the patient and the rest of their healthcare providers in order to tailor the best treatment process for the individual’s unique needs.
This newest team is owned and led by Dr. John J. King and Madelyn B. King — both of whom also lead King and Associates, which is now a part of the greater North Mississippi Vascular Care practice.
Dr. King is an award-winning physician who is board-certified in:
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Interventional Cardiology
Madelyn King is licensed as the following:
- A registered nurse (RN) with the Mississippi State Board of Nursing
- An advanced practice registered nurse practitioner (APRN) with the Mississippi State Board of Nursing.
- A board-certified (BC) acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
The North Mississippi Vascular Care team also includes:

- Lauren Beasley (ACNP-BC)
